STD-4501 Surface-mount Block Bracket
The STD-4501 is a standalone stainless steel block bracket mounted directly on the frame or door leaf, reducing the need for structural modification in retrofit projects.
Cross-series Compatibility (K / M / R)
The same bracket assembly works as an add-on across K / M / R hinge series, using MDEA for quick positioning and dual-expansion anchoring.

Key Feature Dual-Stage Safety Protection
The MDEA incorporates a Dual-Stage Safety Protection mechanism — after the first anchoring stage reaches its limit, the second stage continues to provide holding force, producing a Second Load Peak on the pull-out curve. This significantly reduces the risk of sudden pull-out failure and improves overall structural safety and reliability.
Anchoring strength verified by laboratory pull-out testing (CHUN YHEN universal material testing machine); substrate thickness > 3 mm ensures secure anchoring.
